Mike Budsies Review

As you can see, for Christmas, I got a plush from Budsies.com, which is a company where you send them artwork and they make a plush toy of it. So my mother sent them a picture of my character, Mike Mormon (his new last name). And yeah, I am going to review what I got.
So, compared to the picture my mother sent to them, I think Mike looks good, although the sent picture was made before I changed Mike's design. So you can tell he doesn't have the three curvy lines on his hair like he does now. Besides that, he looks awesome. If you want a plush toy like him, go to Budsies.com and send in your own artwork to them and they'll turn it into a plush toy.
And thanks for reading! Happy New Year, guys! I'll see ya in 2019!

Gettin' close to Christmas!

It's December 16th, everybody! And that means there's only nine more days left 'til Christmas!

And to celebrate, since I might not post this often anymore due to both school and my laziness, I decided to upload a holiday picture right here on Blogger!

Enjoy!

Merry Christmas, everybody!

A Tribute to Stephen Hillenburg

As a lot of you have heard all over the news, SpongeBob creator Stephen Hillenburg sadly passed away yesterday at the age of 57, due to complications from ALS (a disease that causes muscle atrophy). A lot of fans were saddened by this, even I was.
Hillenburg inspired me to draw both my original characters and SpongeBob characters.
Hillenburg was a marine biologist as well, before he came up with SpongeBob (previously called SpongeBoy).
In conclusion, I really want to thank Stephen Hillenburg for not only creating SpongeBob, but for bring lots of joy, laughter, and imagination, with SpongeBob. I'm really going to miss him... But luckily, he's in Heaven with other fellow celebrities.
Hillenburg died, but he died a happy-go-lucky, ocean-loving cartoonist. He is certainly both an Ocean Man and a Goofy Goober.

Hillenburg, thank you...

Happy Giving Thanks Day!

I'm back from a month-and-a-half-long hiatus to both wish you a happy Thanksgiving and to apologize for not posting over that time. I was just stressed and hyper lately, and felt like I should take a break from Blogger to get over it! So yeah! Hopefully, I could come back and post more pics and comics for you all! I'm still keeping up with Mike & Friends! So I guess that's it for now! Have a nice thanksgiving and bye!

My birthday is tomorrow...

That's right! I'm turning 16 tomorrow and we're having the birthday party today. Also, I decided not to do Inktober anymore, due to me forgetting to do it a lot. Sorry... But wish me a awesome 16th birthday! See ya!

What happened to the rest of the Inktober drawings?

Hey folks! The reason why for the rest of the week I forgot to upload the fourth and fifth pictures for Inktober 2018 is because...

I had art club on Thursday. Yep, every Thursday after school I have art club. So you probably won't expect any Inktober pictures until probably November. Sorry guys...

Inktober Day 0: Mike's So Excited!

That's right! I'm participating in Inktober, a month-long event where artists around the world draw pictures in ink each day in the month of October. And yes, you need to use ink in every drawing! You can also draw in pencil, then trace in ink and erase the pencil tracing as well. So here is a preparational drawing of Mike in ink for this artistic event! More Inktober drawings coming in the following weeks of October...

Who the hell's responsible for THIS??!!

(YOU MAY SEE SOME PROFANITY IN IT!! PLEASE IGNORE THE TITLE AND POST IF YOU'RE NOT COMFORTABLE SEEING STUFF LIKE THIS!!! VIEWER/PARENTAL DISCRETION IS ADVISED!!!)

First of all, when I typed in "SpongeBob" on Google, I happened to find this lie on the bottom of the picture above! It's saying that SpongeBob is airing its "final episode" on September 27, 2018. This isn't true because first of all, SpongeBob isn't getting cancelled, it's getting a 12th season! And second of all, there are only 10 episodes left in the 11th season after the episode that's airing on the 27th, "Call the Cops"! Why would somebody say this? I know the person that did this might've made a little mistake and I'm sorry for ranting about this, okay? I just got a little angry! Once again, sorry if I got angry when typing this! I just didn't like what Google did! Please forgive me.

As a conclusion, don't believe what the picture above says on the bottom of it, it's just a mistake. There will a 12th season of SpongeBob, so get excited or whatever! Thanks for listening!

If my friend SpongeBob doesn't get his free lunch...

You show 'em, Patrick!
I drew this for fun!

Nashua's my city!

It's me again! I know this is my second post I did today but I want to show you a special doodle!
*PLEASE IGNORE THE TABLECLOTH, BINDING, AND COLORED PENCIL BOX THAT'S IN THE WAY!!! THANK YOU!*
So this fully colored picture with Mike on it is a submission to downtown Nashua's Rotary Common Park, where they are putting up a gallery with artwork around it (SORRY, THIS IS ALL I COULD DESCRIBE!!!). So I'm submitting the artwork above to the park's gallery. The deadline for submission is on February 1, 2019. The artwork will be displayed from May 2019 to April 2021, which means that they'll be up there for nearly two years. Hopefully my artwork would be submitted and would be up on those walls! That would be cool!

In two weeks from Monday...

IT'S MY SIXTEENTH BIRTHDAY!!!

What'd you guess? Halloween? If so, you're WRONG!

Be sure to wish me luck, guys! That's all I have to say for now! Bye and see ya later!

A Unsponsored Message About Hurricane Florence

For the past few days, the east coast of the United States is being struck by Hurricane Florence, and might come near where I live (hopefully not). And at least seven people (so far) died from the effects of this tragic hurricane. Although this post is not sponsored by the American Red Cross, I'm telling all of you right now to please donate to the American Red Cross to help victims of Florence. It would be grand of you guys to do this. Forgive me if this isn't sponsored by the Red Cross, but I had to do this, even this drawing below.
Thank you for listening and donate now.

Noticed an error on Nickelodeon...

Hey, guys! I just have one thing to share that no one's heard about yet! But while I was watching the SpongeBob episodes "Penny Foolish/Nautical Novice" on Nick@Nite on Sunday night, I noticed that the whole entire episode was cropped to make it look like it's in high definition (including the theme song).
And YES, THIS IS REAL! I'M NOT JOKING, ALRIGHT? Here's a couple pictures to prove!

Wow, first time I've ever uploaded a video here on Blogger...
So yeah, I think this happened not because Nick's trying to remaster all episodes of SpongeBob from seasons 1-8, because in the next episode after it ("Pressure/The Smoking Peanut"), the error was fixed. I think they might've done it was because before these episodes were shown, an airing of The Lego Movie was shown, which I think might've affected the aspect ratio of the television screen. So yeah! Thanks for reading! Be sure to watch the video above to see what they accidentally did, and stay tuned for more posts! Bye!

I'm Cured!

No more diarrhea! But earlier this week, I had head aches, and was hot and pale as a ghost. Now, I'm not sick anymore! And to celebrate, I uploaded two drawings to Blogger for you to see...
And here they are!

Well, see ya folks next time!

Diarrhea Drawings

Today, I'm sick with diarrhea (which has to do with literally shit). And to celebrate (not really), I drew some doodles on the computer...in one damn picture!

I hope I get well soon...

Johnny's 18th Birthday is Today + Updates

Today is my brother's 18th birthday! So wish my brother a happy birthday!

Also, I just wanna say that Johnny won't have his spinal surgery yet. He needs an back injection first (I'm not sure how to explain this!).
Another thing, the next episode of Michael Pakenham's Movie Madness will be coming soon! That's right! Michael Pakenham's Movie Madness' second episode is in the works for this blog! And like I did on the previous update post I did, I'm not going to mention the title of the film until I uploaded it to M-Pack! Anyway, stay tuned to that! That's all for this blog post! See ya!

Pumpkin Johnny Returns!

Pumpkin Jack, my seasonal OC, is back for Halloween, and he's going to be renamed to Pumpkin Johnny! OK, you maybe wondering...why?

Well, I'm gonna freaking tell ya anyway!
There's already a book entitled "Pumpkin Jack" and I don't want to copy it! So I renamed my character from Jack to Johnny, to prevent this!

Again, Pumpkin Johnny's back! Yay!

Comic #15: Mike Watching TV

This comic is dedicated to American politician John McCain, who sadly passed away at the age of 81, late last night. It is sad that he died, and it was all over the news! This comic isn't disrespecting his passing! Please don't say it is! Anyway, here it is!
We will all miss you, McCain, especially your family...

Michael Pakenham's Movie Madness - Episode 1 - The Happytime Murders

Welcome to the first episode of Michael Pakenham's Movie Madness! I'm Michael, and for this episode, I'm going to review a R-rated film I saw in theaters on Friday. And yes, since I'm 15, I was supervised while seeing this film, since this was the first time I saw an R-rated film in theaters. This film was a adult-oriented parody of preschool classic Sesame Street, produced by the Jim Henson Company. In fact, Sesame Workshop (the studio that brought kiddies Sesame Street) sued the company who made this film over using the title of the show in trailers and TV spots for the film. This film is called "The Happytime Murders". Now before I begin, this post will contain spoilers (since this film just came out on Friday). Second thing, if you don't know what semen is, you're too young to read the review of this film. Viewer discretion is HEAVILY advised.

The film was fine. It had its ups and downs to be honest. There was only one jumpscare in it, and yes, it did make me jump (I'm not even going mention the part). And my favorite part of the film was the sex scene involving Phil Phillips (the blue puppet guy) and the puppet lady. Semen was used as silly string, which was funny. I don't have any other things to say about this film. But let's just say that I give this film on a scale of 1 to 10, a 11/10.

See you next time on Michael Pakenham's Movie Madness!

Yes, I mean one year ago! On this day, I started the blog M-Pack! I have one thing to announce:

I am starting a new series exclusively for this blog, and it's appropriately titled:
"Michael Pakenham's Movie Madness"!

The first episode will commence with the 1st birthday of the blog, and will be posted later today (hopefully)! This will be a surprise, and I'm not going to spoil what film I'm reviewing until it's posted. And the film I'm reviewing is going to be an R-rated film. I saw this film in theaters as my first R-rated film...that I first saw in theaters.

Thanks so much for all the support, and hopefully my blog could go on for two years or maybe even three! See ya for episode one of Michael Pakenham's Movie Madness!

Meet Uno and Cheesejog!

Uno is the orange cat and Cheesejog is the yellow dog, just to let you know.
I came up with these characters a while back this year! I'd just figured I show you who these rascals are!

And no, this isn't a ripoff to Garfield or Ren & Stimpy, I'm just inspired by those two cartoons! Please don't judge them!
Luckily, these two are getting their own series...which is in the works!

Funko is making pop figures of Mike & Missy!

Yes, this is fake... wish they did them though!

Update

Hey, everybody! It's me, Michael! And I want to make an update on...life...and the future of M-Pack on Blogger.
So the first thing that I want to mention is about Johnny and his upcoming spinal surgery (even though I made a post about this in July). There is no date for the surgery yet but my mother is going to find out on the 30th. I'll try to post an update on the 30th or the day after to let you know the surgery date. I was just nervous and worried about it because I worry that something bad might happen. But luckily, he's been through something like this before. Back in 2012, Johnny and I both had our tonsils taken out. We had the surgeries a month apart.
Also, I forgot to mention a while back (I don't remember talking about this at all on this blog), that on my Johnny's birthday in 2017, when we had our bloodwork done at the hospital, we found out that Johnny and I were on borderline diabetic, which means I might end up with diabetes in the future. I don't have diabetes yet. I'm just on the borderline to getting it. That's why I'm trying to eat healthier and get some exercise. And that's why my mom hired my personal trainer/tutor Nick. He's been with me since 2013, which is five years ago.
Now that I got those two stories over with, I'm going to announce a couple of exciting things:
This blog is turning a year old! Yay! I'm posting something really special on this blog's birthday!
One more exciting story:
I'm in the works of a graphic novel! I won't reveal the plot yet but let's say that it'll be a long story! Longer than any of my comics in the Mike & Friends comic series currently made to this day! And yes, it's based on the Mike & Friends franchise! Thanks so much, you guys! Wish my brother good luck on his upcoming surgery! And the graphic novel will be released soon! Not tomorrow! Not next week! Not next month! Not next year! Not the year after that! I'm going to say "SOON"!

Bye, and thanks for reading this post!

Comic #13: Lottery Fever!

This comic was originally going to uploaded yesterday, but due to some technical difficulties, I never got to upload this to Blogger. So here it is!
And yes, this was hand-drawn instead of being drawn on my computer!

Sausage Party 2nd Anniversary

2 years ago, an R-rated CGI animated film came out in theaters, which was a big hit in the box office! That film was called Sausage Party! God, what a film!

A Mike doodle to cheer me up!

Also, I've been going through some tough times because recently I've found out that my brother Johnny might need spinal surgery because he has a bulging disc and he can't do much, such as running around, lifting heavy things, and others. When I found out that he could need surgery, I was sad and scared. I love my brother. We all do in my family. That's why I drew the drawing above: to make me feel better. Drawing makes me feel better from any situation. Thanks for understanding.

My Words on John Kricfalusi's Sexual Harassment

WARNING: THE FOLLOWING BLOG POST MAY CONTAIN SOME DISTURBING AND SEXUAL CONTENT, AS WELL AS LANGUAGE! IF YOU'RE UNDER 15 YEARS OLD, THEN IGNORE THIS POST! YOU...HAVE..BEEN...WARNED!

Nearly a year ago, I told you folks about John Kricfalusi, who is famous for creating characters such as Ren, Stimpy, George Liquor [American], Jimmy the Idiot Boy, and more, and how he inspired me to create cartoons, as well as Stephen Hillenburg (creator of SpongeBob), Chris Savino (creator of the Loud House), and Butch Hartman (creator of Fairly Odd Parents, Danny Phantom, TUFF Puppy, and Bunsen is a Beast).

John K's been a big influence for months. This was around the time Harvey Weinstein was accused of sexually assaulting women, thus starting this so-called "Weinstein Effect", where most male celebrities get accused of sexually harassing, raping, or assaulting women. This might've started the #metoo movement. Chris Savino (mentioned earlier in this post) was accused of sexually harassing dozens of women, causing Nickelodeon to fire him, and The Animation Guild, IATSE Local 839 to suspend him for a year. I think Dan Schneider (creator of many Nickelodeon sitcoms which would take me longer to list) left Nickelodeon this year because of sexually harassing and abusing women at the studio. This is what I think Schneider did, because I read articles about it online.

And now, I'm going to fast forward to March of this year, and talk about Kricfalusi. Back in 1997, animator Robyn Byrd, who was 16 at the time, was in a sexual relationship with John K, and they moved to California when she turned 17. She said that John was helping her with a job as animator at his studio, Spumco. This was after getting the job there. But before that, in 1994, she sent a video to John of herself talking about her drawings and how she wants to join the animation industry like him. He liked it and sent her back Spumco merchandise. Once on a trip at the trailer park, explained by Byrd, in a room with a sliding glass door that led to his pool, he touched her private parts through her pajamas, which shocked her. How scary! His sexual harassment allegations, back then, was still a secret kept by John and Robyn. A few years later, she reunited with her old friend on the Internet, an artist named Katie Rice. They met because John has heard about both Robyn and Katie, and their artist talents that got them hired to work at Spumco. Once Katie started working there, she said she was persistently being sexually harassed by him. Also, John was also accused of child porn. After the time that the allegations were out in the public, John posted a multi-paged apology, in which both Byrd and Rice called it an 'non-apology' and they didn't accept it.

Now, let's get to what I think about his allegations (THIS IS MY OPINION, GUYS!!!):
Even though Byrd and Rice say that John Kricfalusi is a terrible person, his art style is still a good influence. Let's just say that I like him 95% and hate him 5%. I accept his apology even though everyone thinks he's a bad person.

Even though it was all over the news in March of this year, I decided that this would be a perfect time to discuss this.....at night time! See ya guys!

Mike & Friends on Nickelodeon???

I think in the future there's a chance I might pitch the Mike & Friends concept to Nickelodeon. I'm just not sure yet since I'm only making comics and stuff. Also, the picture is fake! Mike & Friends isn't a real show...……………………………...yet.

Evil Seville

Evelious Seville (better known as Evil Seville) is a character I created yesterday. Seville thinks negatively about the world and dreams about becoming ruler of the world. The reason why he is always negative is because his family treats him like crap. Because of this, he also dreams about killing them. Also, on the picture, you can tell he has red eyes. That's because he was born with red eyes.

Happy Birthday, SpongeBob!

Even though he's 32 years old (on the show), the show is 19 years old now (May 1st)! Still, happy birthday to the world's greatest cartoon celebrity!

I hope his 20th birthday is even better (no offense)!
